Earlyhood Education & Care are seeking a Director , travelling across Multiple Centres in Melbourne's East. About the Role As a multi-site Director you will oversee early childhood centres for 1 - 6 months at each campus, providing strategic direction, leadership, and hands-on support to staff. Your focus will be to guide and empower your team to deliver high-quality education and care, ensure full compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF), and achieve key operational and business objectives. This is an established, high-quality early childhood education provider with a strong reputation for excellence across our communities. Operating a network of boutique - large centres, we are committed to delivering exceptional care and educational outcomes for children. Key Responsibilities: Provide leadership and guidance to staff across the childcare centres Oversee the implementation of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and drive continuous improvement. Build high-performing teams through coaching, mentoring, and professional development. Monitor and support enrolment growth, occupancy targets, and budget performance. Lead change management initiatives aligned with organisational strategy. Build strong, collaborative relationships with families, educators, community stakeholders, and regulators. Ensure regulatory compliance and readiness for A&R visits and audits. Champion a culture of excellence, inclusion, and wellbeing across all centres. Essential Criteria: Minimum 2-5 years of experience as a Centre Director or managing multiple childcare services (desirable). COMPLETED Diploma or Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA-approved) or working towards this qualification. Current Working with Children Check and First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain). Availability between 7:00 am - 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday. Must have a valid drivers license and be able to travel across the centres In-depth understanding of the National Quality Framework, NQS, and EYLF.
